Some practical information for your stay at the holiday rental
Rental arrival and departure times
Entrance to the gîte is from 4pm and no later than 8pm.The gîte must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cleaning
We do our utmost to make the gîte de la Bannerie as pleasant as possible for you. Please take good care of it and return it in the same condition as you found it - tidy and clean.A hoover and cleaning products are available for this purpose.
Your stay at the Gîte de la Bannerie guarantees absolute peace and quiet, without civilisation being far away. The small village of Boucé is just 2 km away and has a grocery shop, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and post office.For more substantial shopping, you'll find an Intermarché shop just outside the town of Argentan (9 km), as well as a host of shops and businesses.
We recommend the following two restaurants in Argentan:- Le Bistrot de l'Abbaye (25 rue Saint Martin) for fine cuisine at very reasonable prices:- La Renaissance (20 avenue de la 2ème D. B), a gourmet restaurant that uses quality Normandy produce to create inventive, fine dishes - an experience not to be missed.
Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and kitchen towels are provided for the duration of your stay.Bathroom linen (towel, bath sheet, gloves) can be provided on request for the duration of your stay (€5 per person).For your own laundry, the gîte has a washing machine and an ironing board and iron.
The Bannerie gîte is non-smoking.Pets are not allowed.
The gîte has a parking space for two vehicles.
